So you don’t like yourself. Well, my advise to you is to change that. I know this may sound stupid, but just try it. Because you can be happy, and you deserve to be. And if you can’t convince yourself that you are beautiful and amazing in every way -cause you are- convince everyone else. Take a chance and stand out for a change. Make everyone know the real you, cause people can not always see that if you are just sitting in the crowd. And if it doesn’t work. If you still don’t feel any better about yourself -at least you tried. Because in the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take.
Weight. It’s on most girls minds 24/7. Some girls find healthy alternatives to stay in shape but some make more dangerous, more rash decisions. It shouldn’t be about how you look in a mirror. It shouldn’t even be about the number on that scale. Losing weight should be about becoming healthy, not becoming skinny. Girls, next time you find yourself skipping a meal to keep your weight down, reconsider. You are not doing anything good for you or for your body.
